September has pulled pork on the  menu and welcomes CHARLIE'S BINGO to the Buzzard


As a Live & Local promoter we've been able to offer some excellent, professional entertainment right here on your doorstep and we're excited to be looking forward to four events in the coming 12 months including a family show for Christmas so watch this space!         !!! IT'S HERE !!!

October 11th - Pepper & Honey A warm and moving play which tells the tale of making a new home overseas, leaving and returning and developing new family traditions. Beautifully timed it delivers a Croatian pepper biscuit, baked live in front of, and with the help of, the audience.  Come and smell the baking .......


All tickets are reasonably priced and you get a real, live performance, no popcorn on the floor, free parking and a better bar with lovely staff. Why would go anywhere else ??

The Village Cafe will host a Macmillan Coffee Morning on September 27th. Please come along between 10 and 12 and give your support to this amazing, hard working charity which provides such essential support to thousands of families every day of the week.


We've bought some pickleball equipment to tempt you into a new fun and  social activity. A mixture of table tennis, short tennis and badminton it can be as gentle or as furious as you want, is great for all ages and really easy to pick up.
